Bloggolympics Round One Results!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, here is the moment you've been waiting for!!!

Bevis (paper) vs Jobe (paper)
Winner : To Be Decided
Drew four times. Amazing. Heartbreaking. Magnificant. Are Melbourne and Sydney exactly equal?

Sarah (scissors) vs DrowninginJello (rock)
Winner : DrowninginJello
DrowninginJello gracefully pounded Sarah's scissors into a million, trillion little pieces.

Steph (scissors) vs Auburn (rock)
Winner : Auburn
Auburn has oft warned Steph of running in the house with scissors, now Steph will never, ever, ever forget.

Muffin (rock) vs Meghan (paper)
Winner : Meghan
Meghan politely and with much love gift wraps Muffin's rock. The love brings a tear to my eye.

Round Two!!!!!

Just when you didn't think it could get any hotter:

DrowninginJello vs (SMS 'Bevis' or 'Jobe' to 19 10 10)

America vs Australia Part I - The fellowship of the rock, paper, scissors.

Auburn vs Meghan

Australia vs America Part II - Cagematch.

We're just a round two and grand final away from Bloggolympic Champion of the World.

* I'll update who DrowninginJello is competing against once I finally have a winner. It might be a dude called 'Jobevis'.

The Bloggolympics has no interest in Cheap Adult Phone Fun. But thanks for calling...

I don't want to beat Muffin and to be honest, I'm not too game about beating anyone . . . but what must be done, must be done.

Rest assured, Muffin, that were it a writing competition - you would have won hands down. If for no other reason than I like October Daylight Savings.

Adam - what if I wanted some cheap adult phone fun? Always thinking of yourself, never of others. Boo hoo.

SAAK does not think Steph v Auburn was a fair fight. Come on, Rock from Auburn *good old rock, nothing beats rock* …. Steph never stood a chance!

Not think of others?!? All I do is think of others. I didn't want you all to be seduced by spammer blog advertisers when you should be seduced by me instead. Obviously.

SAAK, Steph could have chosen Rock too. There is always a way in the Bloggolympics!

I'm not going to pretend this doesn't hurt. But alas I have always been awful at rock, paper, scissors. Just seriously awful. My record is like 2-24,000,000. I should just be happy I was in it at all. Good luck, DIJ-you are a formidable opponent. Oh also I will be getting my ex-boyfriend to break your kneecap with a crow bar- Tonya Harding style-so watch out for that.

the blogolympics needs better security. if sarah's ex-boyfriend finds me, i might not be able to compete to my fullest potential.

Between Bevis's immenent death and Sarah's knee-capping, this game is quickly turning violent.

Muffin, I hated to beat you, but I couldn't have asked for a snazzier opponent.

Adam, what are we going to do next? Could, perhaps, we do a round robin (I realize how fourth grade this is) writing type of thing where someone writes a paragraph beginning a story of some kind and the next person adds a paragraph and so on?

It would be far less competetive and therefore possibly less bloody. :)

Duh! I've try to reply three times already and our network keeps dying. What are computers good for?

Yes, Meghan, yes!
I'll let the thrills and spills of Event One die down before I start on the funness of Event Two. That is an awesome idea! As if it wouldn't be the funnest.

In terms of Bloggolympic security, I've got that detail totally wrapped up. I've employed the largest private army (of robot flying monkeys) to protect our champions. This net is impossible to get through!!

I'll totally be ensuring our champions are safe and secure.... until of course, they stop winning.

YEAH! So excited about this. I can't wait to see what crazy type things we add to each others gifts. From what I've seen ALL of you are extraordinary in your abilities, but we're all so different. I'm very interested to see the meld.

I'd ask how we're going to 'judge' a writing competition in the same kind of 'clear winner' way we can judge Rock Paper Scissors, but it's too serious a comment for the likes of me, so I'll just say this and then run away:

Poo!

Hehehe!

*runs away*
